Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product received from Kurtamens.com, you may return the item within 3 days of delivery.

Important Conditions

  • The product must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Customized or stitched products are not eligible for return
  • Parcel opening video is mandatory in case of wrong or damaged product
  • We will not be responsible for claims without an unboxing video proof
  • If the size does not fit due to not checking the size chart, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or call
  • Share clear images and parcel opening video

After 48 hours, we will not be responsible for such claims.

Return Options

We provide two return options:

Option A: Self Return

  • You can courier the product yourself
  • No return fee will be charged
  • Share tracking details via WhatsApp

Once we receive the product, the full refund will be processed within 24–48 hours

Option B: Pickup by Kurtamens

  • Our courier partner will pick up the product
  • ₹200 will be deducted from your refund
  • Pickup will be scheduled within 24–72 hours

Once received, refund will be processed within 24–48 hours after deduction

Exchange Policy

To exchange a product:

  • Request within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp
  • Fill the exchange form (link provided after request)

Exchange Process

  • You can send the product yourself (no charges)
  • Or request pickup (₹200 charge applies)

New product will be shipped only after we receive your returned item and tracking details.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after receiving the returned product
  • Refund will be made via Bank Transfer or UPI
  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, refund will be processed after product return
  • If a product is unavailable, refund will be processed within 24–72 hours

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • No refund/exchange without following the return process
  • Courier delays are not under our control
